Here I lie thinking of you. Are you eating something? Maybe you will be eating something? I started the HCG diet to shed those stubborn pounds that can be hidden in the winter but as for Arizona, winter is nearly over.

Alas, since I’m dieting on Dr. Simeons protocol and it’s one of the VLCD days all I can think about is food.
